Construction management for home building, additions, and renovations – act as project manager and personal advocate providing onsite liaison with contractors.

Selection of architectural details including moldings, paneling, doors, fireplaces, flooring, lighting fixtures, hardware, balusters and railings.

Custom cabinet design for audio/video, books, curios or a bar

Paint Plan - coordinate colors/stains for exterior surfaces, interior walls, ceilings, trims, paneling and floors.

Selection of kitchen cabinets, hardware, finishes, countertops and floor surfaces (does not include kitchen design)

Selection of bathroom cabinets and components including countertops, sinks, bathtubs, plumbing fixtures and tiles (does not include bathroom design).

Electrical schematics showing the placement of switches, outlets, recessed lighting and chandeliers.

Space planning - preparations of half-inch-scale floor plans with elevations setting forth in detail the placement of furniture within specific areas and rooms.

Selection and correlation of furniture, carpeting, fabrics, wallpaper, decorative lighting fixtures and accessories.

All resource shopping trips to design centers (New York – Philadelphia).

Design of custom window treatments.

Preparation and presentation of a detailed proposal including photographs, fabrics, wood finish samples, and pricing for the entire project.
